This is a group networking activity that aims to crowdsource answers to your issues or problems. These would ideally be issues/problems around ‘open’ but could be anything you like! Participants form groups of 3 (or 4 depending on size of crowd). One person (the Queen Bee) explains to the others in their group what their problem is for 2 minutes. Everyone in the group spread out to talk to others in the room to find answers to the Queen Bee’s problems for 5 mins. The groups then regroup and feedback to the Queen Bee for 2 minutes. The next person in the group then gets to be Queen Bee and have their problem solved.
The timings can be flexed to fit our schedule. Everyone will need three or four bits of paper for taking notes and a pen.
